Spikenard is a unique plant that grows to be 2-6 ft tall. It can tolerate full sun, part sun, or full shade, and prefers rich, well drained soils (loam). The white flowers produce deep purple berries in late summer. Spikenard attracts bees, butterflies, and songbirds. It behaves more like a shrub and is an understory plant in woodland gardens. Allow room for it to grow. Comes in a 4 inch pots.
